inhabiting bedrooms one and two, which are adjacent from each other in the

northwest of the floor, and room three, placed right across from the mentioned stairs.

As for the other meeting point, it is found in the northeast section of the dormitory,

near the stairwell, which is next to the elevator. This place is reserved for those

Generally, the number of cases of car theft was consistently the most sizeable, whereas that of street robbery was always the least. Moreover, the margins among the levels of various crimes had noticeably widened in the end.

Specifically, in 1970, there were 0.4 million incidents of cars being stolen, which was twice the figure for house burglary, whilst less than 0.1 million of street robbery were reported. In the next 20 years, the recorded figure for robbery taking place on streets was unvaried. In comparison, those for the other two crimes had substantial increments, with that of house burglary peaking at 0.70 million or thereabouts and the rate of car theft reaching 1 million in 1990.

Nonetheless, in the remaining years, the level of car larcenies had a sharp oscillation, soaring to the peak of 1.6 million in 1995 before reducing back to its 1990 record in 2005. Meanwhile, that of house burglary fluctuated as well and subsequently lessening to approximately 0.5 million in 2005, whilst that of street robbery climbed to 0.2 million in 2000 and stayed constant in the last half a decade.
